Budget and trim the cost are words I often use, but there is one thing that you absolutely have to pay for good quality....and that is nail polish. You know just as well as I do that if you buy cheap nail polish, the polish chips, peels, and doesn't last long at all. Instead, try OPI. The polish is moderately priced...and the variety they have is crazy. They just released their new summer shades and I absolutely love the colors. Try them out!
